The economic climate

It seems lately the world is under great economic pressure. And it stems from the american problem of people not being able to pay their mortgages. Banks for too long had been willing to fork out money to people with little basis of proof to pay the debts back. And now that a lot of these motgages are being foreclosed, the lenders are feeling the pinch. The current situation is dyer. If these banks go bust, then a lot of people will suffer, but because the minority of people cannot make the the repayments, theres seems little hope that the banks will stay alfoat. So the solution seems to be for the american government to "invest"700 billion dollars into the struglling financial sectors to keep their heads above water until the climate passes. My problem is that why have these industrys let themselves to teeter on the edge of a cliff when they had a good clear view of the drop before them. 6 month ago we saw on the news obout the "sub prime mortgage problem" and yet i'm sure in those same 6 months millions of dollars where lent to individuals unable to make their repayments. Is it the taxpayers problem that a bank faulters? The ceo of any main bank is earnings millions of dollars to run his ship successfully, but where are these people now, you here about companys going under, but it seems no one is held responsible for the mess. There are 2 reasons for a bank going broke. One of course is unpaid mortgages, But when it comes down to the bottom line for profit, surely you would just stop giving out money to every tom dick and harry who asked for it when the statistics showed a problem arising. The second is the stock market. Banks take your money and invest it, and the majority of the time make a lot of profit. For the last few years i've heard the banks and mining sector making "record profits" on the stock exchange and also in everyday buisness. Then one day theres a major drop and thay dont have a leg to stand on. The paralel can be shown with a gambler. Race after race you might win, but it only takes a few unlucky moments to drop a lot of money fast, then you panic and make rash desicions to recoup the lost money, but you've taken 5 steps forward and 7 steps back. Then you loose faith and try and spread your money to make some kind of profit, but by spreading your capital you can only profit minimally, and the risk of lose is still there.
The other issue is with superanuation. The current trend {like a bank} is to take your hard earned money and invest it. So basiclly it's like giving your super to a stranger and hoping they will turn a profit. For most young people it's not of concern, because they wont be acessing the money for years, but what if you had planned to take your super out today in a lump sum. A month ago it might have been worth 300 000, but now your super company would just say
" Sorry, with the current climate your super is only worth 200 000."
A good friend of mine used to be involved heavilly with stocks {stock broker/banker} and saw the best and worst of the trade. It was common place for suicides and depression to occur, when someone took a "sure tip" and then found out they had lost their familys entire inheritance. Is it really fair to have an industry where peoples lively hoods can dissapear before their eyes? Of course it is, there are numerous industries where it ocuurs. Gambling, alchohol, tobacco, are all legal yet if you get yourself in trouble with them, no ones going to fork out 700 billion dollars to pull those people out of dept. The individuals are allowed to suffer but the conpanys harvesting their souls will be rescued if need be to keep them offending. In a time of crisis and fianacial doom, it hasn't stopped credit card companys from sending out their letters of approval, even so called current affair television shows who supposebly are fighting for the rights of the little aussie battler are promoting the new david jones credit card like it's gods gift to humans. You sexy it up with a super model and a glamouress party, but you forget it's just another way for people to get themselves in dept. { even alan jones the puppet freely promoted and advertised the phone number for people to sign up to it}
There is certainly an issue with big companys making big profits, and then falling out of the sky with even the slightest of economic trouble. Ceo's do not have nostradamus as their middle names, but surely they saw it coming, and should have plan b's if such things occur, Because it's not only the lenders who are self destructing, but they take with them the lendee's, the construction sector, the retailers, the employees and now it seems they take the taxpayers with them aswell.

World Crisis?

Some say the world is at the stage of a great resesession, and with the american morgage crisis and stocks going down by the second, nay sayers are predicting the worst. but who really gives a shit that the fools investing in stocks are loosing money. the stock market is nothing more then a greyhound race withouth the greyhounds. One week you loose, one week you win. It really is nothing more then flamboyant gambling. For years i've whatched shares of banks gain steady profits, bHP,CBA ect. have seemed to add profits little by little, each and every week. Sure they take a dive now and then, but the next week they are back to adding one or 2 percent to their share price. I then wonder why that when they loose 5 percentent in 24 hours people think the skys about to fall. The reson is simple, there are 2 types of investers. One is the long term invester and the second is the get quick rich invester. As with any get quick rich scheme, most of them fail { trust me}.
If you invested in bhp 10 years ago, i i'm guessing that even with a 5 percent decrease in value that you would be still a head { if i'm wrong/right let me know, cause at present i'm too drunk to research it. } But, if you invested last week, you would probally cop a 5 percent lose. The only real losers of such a drop are the gamblers, not the investers. What pisses me off is the fact that when these bunch of lunatics actually loose alot of money, rather then make billions of dollars of profit, the world reacts like a meteor is about to crash into tasmania and destroy life as we know it. Stock market crashes should not interfere with our way of life, because the stock market is a farce and should be removed from our lives for good. Investing has become a way for people to take a "calculated" bet, even super anuation companys now depend on blue chip stocks to profit for their clients. But when a crash occurs it sets in motion a unique set of events we could do without.
Firstly, the world becomes paranoid about which shares are garbage and which are safe, and similar to a greyhound race, theres no one actually controlling the beast. So once a few dicks begin ditching stock, every one says to them selve, " Man, i gotta get out of this stock before it's too late" and before you know it hundreds of stocks have depreciated. In the same breath. the other half of investers react and say to them selves "Hey. this stock will bounce back, i'm gonna buy it now and sit on it for a while". The ebb and flow of the market is dexremantal to how the dollar value of each share is valued.
The us govermanet wants to save the big banks by granting them 700 billion dollars, Over the last 8 years the us goverment has spent billions of dollars to fight the war against terrorism. and i'm sure that it has saved hundeds of lives, but if that same money was spent on third world countrys and the sick and neady, it would of saved thousands of lives{if not millions}. So the world has come down to not help the neady, but help the priveleged.
The crisis is real, but from this week to the next, i'm not too sure why the world should fall into a heap. If interest rates rise, it only means 20 a week extra. Most people blow 20 dollars on beer or smokes or the movies or other types of uneeded extravigantises every week. so if they really wanted to, they could support the habit of a mortgage. But instead, they winge about the extra 20 dollars while planning a trip down the coast. If the world climit scares you, tighten your belt for a few months till the storm fades, and go back to your selfish ways, because the starving girl in tanzanier wouldn't want you to miss out on your trip to bega next year.

Banks Suck

Being self employed for 6 months, it is impossible to get a loan from a bank. But Apparantly if you are employed by a self employed person for a few months, the bank will take that as a steady income and gladly give you a loan. I dont blogswear much but thats fucken crazy. In other words if i had been working for a self employed landscaper for 3 months and received regular pay slips, i could take them to a bank and take out a decent sized loan, hardly any questions ask, but the owner of that buisness would be unable to get that same loan because he is is classed as self employed, not employed, and would have to wait until he had 12 months of book keepings to access the loan.
The other frustrating thing about banks is that if you work somewhere and receive weekly payslips, not only can you get a loan but you can borrow a few hundred thousand for a house, but if a self employed person wants to borrow a measly 5 thousand dollars for a car, it is deemed too much of a risk. There is nothing to say that the employed persons job is safe, he could be fired or retrenched at any second, or may be taking out the loan with the knowledge he will leave that job as soon as the loan money hits the bank.
If i knew 6 months ago what i know now, i would of applied for my loan a month before i was due to leave my old job, showed them my payslips and borrowed ten thousand dollars for a ute. Then left that job to start my buisness.
In talking with an independant loaning agency, they seemed quite happy to loan me money, at a similar interst rate, but their catch was minimum 15 thousand dollars, and all of that had to be transfered to the car delearship, so in other word i couldn't use any of the money for a trailor or a pond pump, over 4 years the repayments where about $100 a week,
I have banked with the commonwealth for over 15 years, and deposited tens of thousands of dollars with them, yet the tight arses cannot provide me with a measly 5 thousand dollars,
Not only that, if i want to open a buisness account with them, it would cost me $50 for them to confirm my abn is legitimite. A process that would take less then 30 seconds to do via the taxation website, And then it would also cost me fees and so forth every year for their privilidge of using my money to invest with. I wish every single person would withdraw all their money from the commonwealth bank, and show them we dont need them, they need us, and see how it feels to be left without money. Fuck the commonwealth bank and it's billion dollar a year profits, and its ceo's being paid tens of millions of dollars, yet a hard working small buisness owner cant get a small loan due to their pathetic salary requirements.

Getting ripped off sucks

Megafeatures has come across it's first con artist, I spose i should be thankful i finally got paid some of the money i was owed, but it pains me to think i worked my ass off to be screwed over $175. Thankfully it was only $175, but for a small buisness like mine it is around 25% of earnings lost for that week. When i look back at procedings, i spose i did make an error by not making it 100% clear what my terms where, i only made it 99.9% clear, giving this person .1% leway to try it on. Now if it was the first time this person ripped someone off, i might understand i was at fault in someway, but word on the street, from reliable sources, says that there has been numerous occasions money has not been paid. So basicly it seems this person goes through life employing people to do a job, looks for a reason to disagree with the amount owed, winges and disputes the amount until the tradesperson just wants to cut his losses and get paid "something", and ends up settling with an amount far less then they are owed. I am sure this person would be the first to winge to their own employer if they were short changed in their own pay packet.
I like to think that not having me as her gardener is punishment for her. but of course , she wouldn't give a crap, cause she will move on to her next tradesman to take for a ride, i would love to publish her name, but of course i would be sued for defamation, but karma will catch up with her one day, and i'm sure there will be a few gardeners out there waiting for the day she gets screwded over, so she can get a taste of her own medicine.

Rules of buisness

Starting a new buisness brings great excitement, but also can bring frustration. Personally i think any new buisness which can break even or run at a small loss for the first six months is doing ok. Basicly you have no repeat buisness to start off with, and word of mouth advertising is limited to your first successes, both of which are vital in turning over a prophit. In my opinion the groundwork you are building, ie happy clients , is worth it's weight in gold.
You can spend lots of money advertising, but advertising has it's limitations, it's when mr blog recommends his friends about you, thats where money is to be made.
Take for instance the printed yellow pages, it has cost me $1100 for a year, and i have yet to receive a paying job from it. The yellow pages representitive went through the speil that it was vital to any buisness to advertise in it, that you will be missing out on huge amounts of work without it. And yet 2 months after hitting the streets it has failed me. The funny thing is that i am not alone in my critisism. Recently a landscaper called me { ironiclly he found my number in the yellow pages} when i got to the job site, he too said that yellow pages doesn't attract much work at all. in fact he gets maybe five or six calls a year, from a similar investment, a couple of which may turn out to be a paying job. His main income is found by letterbox drops.
Which asks me this question, if he knows yellow pages is not worth the $1100, why doesn't he invest that $1100 in more letterbox drops each year?
In hindsite, i would not have advertised in yellow pages. My main source of income is the internet, followed by letterbox drops.then word of mouth, followed by yellow pages. And yet yellow pages has cost me the most amount of dinero. I spose it's in people physci {sighkee} that yellow pages is a must have for every buisness. I think most people who use yellow pages are looking for a Branded buisness or retail outlet. To me, i dont see a lot of people would pick up the yellow pages and say, " um, which one should i choose?" Their are just looking for the number of a buisness they already know of, or a buisness someone has mentioned to them.
Recently the same yellow pages rep contacted me regarding yellow pages online. He knows i have an ad in the yellow pages book, he knows i am a sole trader, and he also knows i have didley squat from the yellow pages book, so now he thinks i should invest another $1000 in the internet side of things.
I know understand the tactics used by yellow pages, and although not illegal, i think it is morraly corrupt. They know more people use the internet these days then flicking through a book. So their first concern { especially to someone new to buisness} is to sign you up for the printed version of yellow pages, so once you pay your money it takes you a few months to realise it's not a great source of income, then when you tell them that they say " Well you should try internet advertising aswell " and hound you to sign up. At that stage most buisnesses would say to themselves " well shit, i need jobs somehow, heres another $1000 for yellow pages online.
I beleive the online version is the only one that should be regarded as logical and beneficial, but the tactic to sign you up for the useless printed version is unfair to small buisnesses like myself.
But hey, they are cashing in on it, making lots of money, employing a lot of people, so if i owned yellow pages i guess i would employ similar tactics.
My old boss had a great saying, whenever a costomer would compliment him or the buisness, he would say to them "please tell a friend" and the amount of people that would actually do it was amazing. I remember hundreds of costomer over the seven odd years i worked there saying
" My friend said to come here" and all it cost him was a mothful of oxygen and a smile. And then they too would become a regular costomer. So although i havent made a million dollars as yet, i have made some friends, who i know would not hesitate to recomend me to their friends.
For example, the following are a few emails i have received recently from costomers, i didn't ask for these comments, but they made them because they are happy with my services
costomer 1
"pls ring Di about an ongoing maintenance program for our home
Di has been very happy with your work"
costomer 2
"Again Thank you for your time – the house would look rubbish without your work."
Both these costomers have employed me for a job, then called me back to complete another one, and have suggested my services will be used next time. So the 40 cents it cost me for them to look at my website has paid me well,
so when you look a the big picture, advertising for small buisness isn't about forking out thousand of dollars to big companys to "not" promote you, promote yourself, look after every single costomer, because they may earn you hundreds of dollars by passing on your number to a few friends.

How to win { or how not to lose }

Well , another loss by the mighty engadine crusaders, and although it's early in the season things don't look too good. I spose theres only to alternatives, we lose more games, or we dont lose games. Like any team sport, individuals can't be blamed, the team as a whole must look at itself and work at fixing the basic principles.
After a devasting loss to a team who also hasn't won a game, i try and look for reasons as to why we lost.{and to why we lost so convincingly} I try and put myself in the shoes of chelsea manager, jose mourinho, he is in charge of one of the worlds best soccer teams, and although lots of money has been spent bringing together players of a high calibre, they dont win games because of individuals but because of the team work. If i was to be manager of chelsea, would they still be so lethal?, of course not, because he brings out the best in each player.
So what makes an average team successful?
Firstly i would look at the formation of the team on the feild. Proffesional teams go into games with a set formation, and maintain that formation during the whole game {unless a manager sees the need for change} Which means at all times you know who ,when and where your team mates
will be during the game, and the more games spent learning these mentalitys the more you can profit in the way of goals or good defence. Our lack of formation provided our opposition with at least three of the five goals they scored. Now, going back to jose mournho, what does he do to maintain the formation of chelsea.? Basicly, he as manager sets the team, asigns the positions and each player remains in that position, something our team MUST do if we want to win games.
Unlimited substitution is great, you have a chance to come from the feild, and return into the game at will. But used incorrectly can demolition a sides formation. My suggestion as a coach would be to maintain positions as much as possible. Which goes back to set positions for players.
IE our team has 16 player, and we use a 4-4-2 formation, one is goalie giving us 15 players on the feild if all are fit. As a coach i would asign a 6-6-3 rotation program, which means there are 4 defenders on feild with 2 substitute defenders, 4 mid feilders on the feild with 2 mid feild substitutes and 2 attackers on feild with 1 attacking substitute. As changes are made, people can instantly know where they are to play, and can be aware of team mates roles and responsibiltys. I think it also would allow to make changers quicker because your not looking onto the feild thinking"who should i swap with". and as a group you can make changes on a more regular basis.
The other reason for set positions is so as individuals at training, you can focus on what your role on the feild is, so defenders could work closely at training and "bond" with fellow defenders, we arent blessed with a lot of time to train, so what we do must be quality.
I do beleive defence is the most important aspect of a good team, but i guess as a defender you aren't rewarded with the prospect of scoring a goal, hence the reluctance of people wanting to play as a defender, but as a team you must play your strenghths, and if our team was to focus on set positions i know we can win, and even make the semi finals.
Another part of our game needing tweeking is our inability to pass amongst ourselves to gain majority of the posetion, it seems when we have the ball we instantly need to score a goal. If we take time to set positions and pass the ball around, gaps will open up, we dont have to force the issue, whatching a premier league game the other night i noticed the midfeilders bringing the ball forward from half way toward goal, and they stalled time while the defenders set themselves on the halfway line and attackers found their way to the goal box. Then they attacked, scoring a goal, it seemed all to easy, but players were set in formation, giving them the chance to play set plays. They werent in a hurry to score, because if they had lost the ball, all players were out of formation to defend, and at least 2 of our goals on the weekend were goals against the run of play, our team had no time to defend because our formation had been in tatters.
We defanately have a worthy team, and if we can play smart we will win some games, but if our formation woes continue it will be be more of the same score lines.

Australian Politics

Politics in australia has become so predictable, that i could write labours policy overview just by reading the liberal policy sheet and doing the opposite. It seems John Howard says one thing, then Rudd disagrees, not because he has any original ideas but he plays the for and against game of winning votes. Not once through australian history have i heard a prime minister do things he knew were going to be extremely unpopular to the voting public. I mean , if you were coming up to an election and you knew 70% of people were against joining the war in iraq, the sane thing to do would be wipe your hands clean of it and say "no war for aussie troops". John Howard doesn't do things because they are popular, he does them because they are the morally right thing to do. Whatching a show this afternoon called "saddams road to hell" , the show confirmed to me that ridding the world of saddam "at all costs" was nessesary. About a decade ago, saddams troops murdered over 8000 people and buried their bodies in shallow graves in the centre of iraq. This show was the story of the now free iraqi people digging up the bones to finaly give peice of mind to loved ones that had been "waiting" for their safe return or confirmation of their deaths. As skeleton after skeleton was removed from these shallow graves, clues were given to how each person was brutally murdered, some where blind folded and shot, others seemed to have been bounded and buried alive, small children were thrown in pits with their mothers. body after body was exumed and added to the pile for identification.
Over 8000 people were found in this one area, and searches are still uncovering grave sites all over iraq, so the number of people murdered may never be known.
Saddam was the modern day hitler, he controlled his army and used them in the genecide of his own people. Saddam tried to invade kuwait, hitler tried to invade europe. Both these men needed to be stopped.
In america, if you plan to kill someone and murder them, depending on which state your in, you yourself will be killed, if you take ONE life, you are no longer fit to coincide with society. So why does someone who kills more then 10 000 people not become a worldwide priority to invade a country and remove that person from society. Morally it should of been done the instant the americans new about the crimes, but there was a coruption of interests "oil".
America probally had some idea of Saddams ways in the begining of his reign, but to interfere would of meant loosing access to the vast amounts of oil iraq produces. So rather then make waves, they turned a blind eye to it all, sent donald rumsfeild to iraq on the odd occasion to sip tea and pose for the cameras, just to confirm their right to iraqi oil supplys.
The kuwait war was an exercise of the might of america, and the protection of kuwait and saudi arabias oil feilds, but it did lead to an important idea.....that saddam was dangerous and must be stopped. Clinton tried to rid him from the earth, but failed, but the negative exposure damaged saddams image, leaving him open for a future attack.
Then 9/11. Basicly what followed was a desition of the american goverment to either retreat or attack, and i dont think terrorist cells bargained on george bush to attack in such a way as to knock down their doors and enter their country.
Now, going back to politics, and in paticular the buffoon known as Kevin rudd. He is the ultimate vote junkie, i dont think a word comes out of his mouth without the little voice inside his head saying "will this win me votes" Of course thats what his hired to do , try and win an election, but i think smart australians will see through his "for and against ideals"
Recent debates in parliment have shown a side of kevin which i think the whole of australia should whatch, Firstly he is an extremely arrogant individual, asking the same questions over and over again, trying to "catch" the prime minister on a technicallity or his beloved phrase
"did you not say, on the 12th october 2003 that.....blah ,blah, blah.
Basiclly he has no real original input to make other then look through the prime ministers last 10 years of office and "find" contradictions and mistakes.
Then, once he asks such a question, rather then listening to the answer, he sits down, starts fumbling through his paperwork titled "The life and times of J Howard" and appears to ignore the answer, like he's so happy with the question that the answer is not worth listening to. On top of this, he also turns his back and speaks to fellow labour colleagues, like a child ignoring an authority figure. Kevin knows the retreat of the coalition troops prematuraly will devastate iraq and lead to the regrouping of terrorist cells, but he also knows the voting public dont really care what happens to iraquis, as long as aussie troops are safe in there own beds and he becomes prime minister, he will be fulfilled and thats why he will not answer the question posed to him by the prime minister.
The funniest thing in the recent debate over john howards comments about senater obama policy of troop withdrawel, is rudd wants to say "you have damaged ties with a person who may well be the new resident of the united staes" well yes thats correct, but at the start of the war the labour goverment condemmened george bush for going to war , and on many occasions stated that bush and blair had alterior motives for the war and that both both bush and blair lied to the world about weapons of mass destruction. I'm sure from where george bush was sitting he would of found those comments damaging in nature, and he WAS, still is , and could still be the president for the next few years.
So it seems rudd thinks the practice of having a say is irresponsible if it comes from john howards mouth but it's ok for him to have an opinion because,,,, well i don't know to be honest. Rudd will be the worst thing to happen to this country, because his going to follow the popular vote rather then the "right thing to do "actions. combined with the affiliation with the unions, and his inexperianced labour team, i am scared to see labour come into power.
The years before john howard was elected were statiscally atrocious, foreign dept was massive, unemployment was high, taxes were scattered and difficult to understand. He has been tough and unpopular , but at school i seem to remeber the tough and unpopular teacher were the ones who tought you the most. you might of disliked them { dont get me wrong "i" like john howard}
but at the end of the day they acted and behaved that way to get the best out of you,

Making money from the web

Now that i run my own buisness i have found time to try and enlarge my earnings using the net, ebay is a great source, as i can sell stuff that i don't need ,or even sell stuff that i manufacture {like water features i build}. In the last few days i have sold about 50 bucks worth of stuff, and it seems there are some cool people using ebay to get a bargain. so i have have a great deal of confidence in the ebay system. The other alternative is online surveys and compitions. At first glance it sound very rewarding to join such sites to earn "reward points" which accumulate to real money rewards, but can you really get money for opinions? In the last few days i have signed up for a dozen or so of these type of money making options and so far it looks like i have $1.80 worth of rewards.

Basiclly most sites offer you a chance to accumalate reward points, the more surveys you answer the more money you are offered, but is it really worth my time to be involved in such offers. The typical advertising behind these sites is answering questions to make money, the more surveys you answer the more points you are rewarded, meaning the more money you can "aquire".
So far it seems i have spent alot of time answering questions, with very little "reward points" being given, but the main premise is "we will email you more surveys which offer better reward points, and so far i haven't received any of these high paying surveys. Now ,although i have only been involved in these sites a few days i just have to wonder if these promises will be fulfilled. Who knows , i may just be inendated with high paying surveys very soon, but chances are the original questionare is there main focus. Of course market research plays a huge role in larger buisnesses, they want to know what people are willing to purchase via the net, but the chances someone can make decent amounts of money just by answering a few questions seems a bit too good to be true
What i did notice is that the majority of these sites offer a bonus if you "tell a friend", similar to a multi level marketing buisness. They say"Tell ten friends, and when those ten friends tell ten freinds each we will give you ....such and such" . a paticular example was a site i saw which claimed it would give me a digital camera or an xbox 360 if the above process was fulfilled. I looked through my contacts and thought "fuck yeah, i have ten people to email" but then i also thought "those ten people wouldn't be bothered emailing ten people and would delete the email as soon as they read it." and a spose i would be the same.
A little bit later i realised there are alot of people who are looking to make a few dollars via the internet, in one way or the other, and a wondered if there was a way to use contacts in such a way to build up process of "recomending"

For instance, it's extremely easy for me to make another email adress, lets say i made one "damos surveys@hotmail.com" and then ten people who read this blog sign up for an account using "there name"survey@hotmail.com. i would be able to recomend that paticular account as a potential person to survey. you would then log into the site , complete the survey and then be given the choice of "recomending a freind" Now this is where the catch is....

if you were then to reccomend ten contacts, and the other nine people did the same. i personally "would" {unless theres a loop hole i do not see} be rewarded a digital camera. Now of course that means there are 100 people involved in the system, but the internet has millions of people hunting for "money making options" but the beauty would be the system would be there "to be utilised the next time a survey panel offers such a reward system"

What it really means is having a seperate account for "surveys"which you log into maybe once a week, surveys which are found by me. Alot of of the surveys don't actually give you an actual prize , they might give you extra "reward points" but if you accumalte these points and prizes it's money you can make just for a few minutes of your time.

Of course at this stage the only person benefiting grately would be me, except for minmal reward ponts gained by yourself, but once ten people are my contacts, any other person to join would be added to your system, below you so as you yourself would have a contact list of ten.

Once a system is set up, the only real thing for each person to do is check there emails for surveys, complete the survey then " recomend all of there contacts to the site"

To me, i think it would work, and prizes/bonuses could then be sold on ebay for profit, and also the sites do give you a little bit of money for the involvement. My counter says nearly 1000 people have seen my site, if only 25% of those people reacted to such a system that would mean 250 people would be invoved, which would bag myself and quite a few others a substantial reward.
I would apreciate any feed back on the system, positive or negative. tell me what you think and we could always give it a trial run to see if it works
